At Ambre, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Kuwait. As a company specializing in an exquisite collection of bukhor, we ensure every order is handled with care and attention.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- For custom or personalized orders, processing begins after client approval.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time & Fees
- Delivery within Kuwait: 1–3 business days after processing.
- Delivery Fee: 2.5 KWD flat rate
- Deliveries are handled by a trusted local courier who may contact you prior to arrival.
3. Delivery Process
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a message or call with delivery details.
- Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, redelivery can be arranged (additional fees may apply).
4. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, we can reschedule the delivery; however, an additional redelivery fee may apply.
- Orders returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be held for 5 business days. After that period, the order may be canceled without a refund.
