1. Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. Once a custom order is approved and prepared, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

2. Standard Products

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After this period, preparation and packaging begin, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
